General Conditions of Carriage
Our AgreementThank you for visiting Trans Anguilla's website and booking page. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before you start to use the website. By accessing and using this Website, you indicate that you irrevocably agree to these terms and conditions. You represent and warrant that you possess the legal right, ability and age to enter into this Agreement or contract and to use this website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein and you know you will be responsible for all payments due to us for bookings made.
Modification of termsWe may change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Changed terms will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through this Website, booking system or on our services provided. Please note terms and conditions agreement encompasses any other policies, regulations, rules and conditions stated on our website.
Conditions prevail over regulationsExcept as provided in these conditions of carriage, in the event of inconsistency between these conditions of carriage and any of our regulations dealing with particular subjects, these conditions of carriage shall prevail.
SECTION 1 -TICKETS
1.1 A valid ticketTickets booked online require immediate payment.
Tickets booked by us or our authorized agents can be placed on a 48 hour hold for payment before the reservation automatically cancels.
Reservations are not confirmed until recorded as accepted by us or by our authorized agent. All reservations require full payment before they can be confirmed.
We will provide carriage only to the passenger named in the ticket or charter contract and you will be required to produce appropriate identification.
1.2 Period of validityThe dates and time shown on a ticket is its period of usage.
The ticket you have purchased is valid for transportation from your point of origin, via agreed stop-over and/or transfer points, to the destination as shown on your ticket.
If you are unable to travel within the period of validity of the ticket for whatever reason you may extend the validity of a ticket in accordance with section 10. If you do not comply with the conditions in preserving your ticket as stated we will not honor any ticket past its period of validity.
Always read the terms and conditions of your travel agreement attached to you ticket.
1.3 Open ticketsWe have no open ticket options available. You must choose a date of return where a roundtrip ticket is required by non-nationals or non- residents of that country to enter. If you do not know when you will be returning, you can choose a date and change it when you have decided. A change fee will apply.
1.4 Ticketing time limitsIf you have not paid for your ticket within the specified time limit which we or our authorized agent have specified, we may cancel your reservation/s
SECTION 2 – RESERVATIONS
2.1 Reservation requirementsPassport details, a working contact telephone number/s and/or email is required at the time of booking so that the airline may contact you in the event of flight cancellations or changes.
Your connecting flight details is required in the event of flight changes that may affect your onward journey
2.2 What personal information we require when using our servicesFor charter inquiries or if you wish to book we will need the following details necessary to successfully complete your reservation. This information may be collected in person, online or via email or payment forms which may include the following:
Name/s, passport Bio-page images for specific required information;
Postal Address;
Credit/Debit Card number and expiration date;
Billing address
Phone numbers
E-mail address
Connecting flight details
Signature
Bodyweights
You recognize that personal data has been given to us for the purposes of providing air transportation services, facilitating immigration and entry procedures, and making available such data to government agencies in connection with your travel. For these purposes, you authorize us to retain and use such data and to transmit it to our own offices, authorized agents, government agencies, other carriers or the providers of the above-mentioned services. Confidentiality and protection of your information solely for this purpose is our pledge.
SECTION 3 -FARES AND CHARGES
3.1 Calculation of faresFares apply only for carriage from the airport at the point of origin to the airport at the point of destination, unless otherwise expressly stated. Fares do not include ground transport service between airports and town terminals.
3.2 Special assistance:Acceptance for carriage of unaccompanied children, incapacitated persons, pregnant women, and persons with illness or other people requiring special assistance is subject to prior arrangement with us. Passengers with disabilities who have advised us of any special requirements they may have at the time of ticketing, and been accepted by us shall not subsequently be refused carriage on the basis of such disability or special requirements. Some special assistance services may carry a charge/fee.
3.3 Taxes and fees for Scheduled and Charter Flights:There are applicable taxes, fees, and charges imposed by government or other authorities or by the operator of an airport. Some of these taxes/fees are included in your airfare, those not included shall be payable by you at the airport on departure directly to these agencies.
At the time you purchase your ticket or book your private charter, you will be advised of all applicable taxes, fees and charges known to us. However, as the taxes, fees and charges imposed on air travel are constantly changing and can be imposed after the date of ticket issuance or a confirmed charter you may be obliged to pay additional taxes, fees or charges, even after issuance.
3.4 Currency:All fares are stated and quoted in US dollars. We do accept payment in our national currency Eastern Caribbean Dollars (ECD) at the exchange rate of 2.7169.
3.5 Methods of payment:Credit card/Debit card, EFT (Electronic funds transfer), NCBA local bank third party US or EC dollars account transfer. Wire Transfers (this is not recommended for scheduled service flights because of the 48 hour threshold).
SECTION 4 -CHECK-IN / BOARDING
4.1 Check-in requirementsCheck-in times are stipulated on your confirmed travel itinerary at all TRANS ANGUILLA locations and we request that you honor them. Your journey will be smoother if you allow yourself ample time for check-in. Please note that airlines reserve the right to cancel reservations of passengers who arrive at a check-in desk later than the times indicated. Scheduled service flights can depart as early as 1 hour prior to departure scheduled time once majority of passengers are check-in.
4.2 BoardingYou must be present at the boarding gate no later than the time specified by us when you check in. We may cancel the space reserved for you if you fail to arrive at the boarding gate in time. We will not be liable to you for any loss or expense incurred due to your failure to comply with the provisions of this Article.
4.3 Seating:We do not provide seat selection or allocation service. We reserve the right to assign or reassign seats at any time, even after boarding of the aircraft. This may be necessary for operational, safety, or security reasons.
4.4 Arrival Connections Private charter
Our operations monitor and track your international arriving flight. Average transfer time is 1
hour to 1 hour and a half after disembarking a non-affiliated
Carrier/International flight. Transfer is from one airline to another so you are required to
re-check-in with our handlers who will be expecting you.

Departure flight times are scheduled in accordance to comply with the required international 2 hour check-in time for all international flight connections. We do recommend that you are at your respective airport 3 hours before in the event of unforeseen delays. If you are privileged to pre-check in with carryon or hand luggage only, your departure time from your departure destination can be reduced to an hour and a half. For no connections, it will be an available departure time that best suits the customer.
Scheduled service
Departure times for scheduled service flights are usually standard. If significant changes are
made, passengers will be notified.
TRANS ANGUILLA accepts no responsibility for separate connections to or from Trans Anguilla Airways (2000) Ltd as Trans Anguilla’s flight to any other airline where separate tickets are used.
4.7 Point-to-Point AirlineTrans Anguilla is a 'point-to-point' airline. We therefore do not offer, and cannot facilitate, the transfer of passengers or their baggage to other flights. We do not bear any responsibility for your onward connections.
SECTION 5 – AIRLINE REFUSAL OF CARRIAGE AND OF PASSENGER
5.1 Right to refuse carriage:In the reasonable exercise of our discretion, we may refuse to carry you or your baggage if we have notified you verbally and/or in writing that we would not at any time after the date of such notice carry you on our flights subject but not limited to the conditions outlined below:
• The carriage of you or your baggage may endanger or affect the safety,
health, or materially affect the comfort of other passengers or crew;
• Your mental or physical state, including your impairment from alcohol or
drugs, presents a hazard or risk to yourself, to passengers, to crew, or to
property;
• You have committed misconduct prior to flight or on a previous flight;
• You have defamed, been verbally derogative, said or behaved disrespectfully
to the owners or representatives of our airline;
• You have refused to submit to a security check;
• You have not paid the applicable fare, taxes or charges;
• You do not appear to have or refuse to present valid travel documents
• You present a ticket that has been acquired unlawfully;
• You fail to observe our instructions with respect to safety or security; and
• You have previously committed one of the acts or omissions referred to
above but not limited to.
SECTION 6 – BAGGAGE
6.1 Baggage AllowancesThe free baggage allowance applicable to an adult passenger will be one piece of no more than 35lbs or 15.9 kilos
6.2 Carry-on baggageCarry-on items are limited to one piece and is considered in the category of a handbag or baby bag. Air Safety Regulations do not permit the carriage of cabin baggage within the passenger cabin unless its dimensions permit it to be stored under the passenger seat or securely in their lap. Each adult or child passenger is permitted one standard piece of carry-on luggage subject to a maximum weight of 6 pounds or 3 kilos. Maximum size, for cabin baggage should be the width of your lap and chest height in a sitting position.
Full-size luggage is not acceptable as a "CARRY-ON" ITEM. Acceptance of carry-on items is solely at the discretion of TRANS ANGUILLA AIRWAYS. Unacceptable carry-on items must be checked as baggage and are subject to our checked baggage limits and restrictions, if exceeding the limit, overweight rules apply.
6.3 Lap infantsLuggage allowance is complementary to an occupied seat only. Infants do not occupy a seat which means the free luggage allowance does not apply and is considered overweight luggage. A baby bag as per the configuration and weight of a lap bag is allowed.
Excess/overweight baggage may be accommodated subject to space availability (standby basis) and the payment of the applicable charges. To avoid excess baggage charges all baggage must meet the specified requirements. Perishable items will not be accepted as standby baggage.

6.4 Pre-paid excess/overweight baggageYou are allowed to pre-pay for excess luggage before travel. This only applies to a few destinations, please contact us by email.
6.5 Oversized bagOne single piece of luggage should not exceed 60lbs.
Any item of baggage exceeding the overall dimensions of 62 in or 157 cm. It must fit inside the baggage hold door.
6.6 Charter declaration of special itemsOverweight fees are not applicable to charter flights. Baggage allowance is determined based on passenger loads. Passenger body weights and baggage are calculated by actual or standard weights. Body weights and intended luggage are requested for safe weight and balance purposes.
If you intend on traveling with Musical instruments & Golf bags, Cricket Gear, Kite bags, Sports equipment or any similar items or luggage considered more excessive than average it must be announced at the time of booking a charter. Some items may require an additional plane or special seating configuration of the aircraft.
If excess items are not pre-declared at the time of booking and cannot be accommodated on the aircraft it will be left behind. If an additional plane have to be executed to carry your remaining luggage, you will be charged at the charter rate for that destination.
6.7 Items unacceptable as baggage6.7.1 You must not include in your baggage:
Items which are likely to endanger the aircraft or persons or property on board the aircraft,
such as those specified in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Technical
Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air and the International Air
Transport Association (IATA) Dangerous Goods Regulations, and in our regulations, further
information is available from us on request, and shown below.
Items the carriage of which is prohibited by the applicable laws, regulations or orders of any
state to be flown from or to;
6.7.2 You must not include in checked baggage money, jewelry, precious metals, computers, electronic devices, negotiable papers, securities or other valuables, business documents, passports and other identification documents or samples.
6.7.3 PROHIBITED HAZARDOUS/DANGEROUS MATERIALS:
TRANS ANGUILLA AIRWAYS is a non-carrier of Hazardous, Dangerous, or Restricted materials in or
as baggage or cargo. For the safety of our passengers and aircraft, passengers are prohibited
from carrying the following items in either checked or hand baggage:
E-Cigarettes, Lithium Batteries Spare/Loose [Including Power Banks] as per DGR; Explosives, munitions, fireworks, and flares; Security-type cases/boxes incorporating goods such as lithium batteries or pyrotechnics; Compressed gases (flammable, non-flammable, or poisonous) such as butane, propane, aqualung cylinders, lighter fuels, or refills; Oxidizing substances such as bleaching powder and peroxides; Flammable liquids such as paints and adhesives; Flammable solids such as safety matches and articles which are easily ignited; Disabling devices such as mace or pepper sprays, with irritant properties; Poisons such as arsenic, cyanides, or insecticides; Radioactive materials; Corrosive materials such as mercury (which may be contained in thermometers or blood pressure gauges), acids, alkalis, and wet cell batteries; Meals-Ready-to-Eat (MREs); Any other substances which, during a flight, present a danger not covered above, such as magnetized, offensive, or irritating materials.
Lighters (butane, absorbed fuel, electric, battery-powered, and novelty lighters) are not to be carried on the person, or in the carry-on and checked baggage. TRANS ANGUILLA AIRWAYS, at its sole discretion, will not transport items of either checked or carry-on Baggage that it determines may be harmful or dangerous to a Passenger(s), the flight crew, or the aircraft.
Passengers traveling with a mobility aid or any other device that uses a battery should make advance arrangements with the airline and provide information on the type of batteries.
Subject to Section 6.7.1 we will refuse to carry as baggage any items or prohibited items in Section 6.7.3 and we may refuse further carriage of any such items on discovery.
We may refuse to carry as baggage any item reasonably considered by us to be unsuitable for carriage because of its size, shape, weight, contents or character, safety, operational reasons, or the comfort of other passengers. Information about unacceptable items is available upon request.
We may refuse to accept baggage for carriage unless it is in our reasonable opinion properly and securely packed in suitable containers.
6.8 Right of searchFor reasons of safety and security we may request that you permit a search, x-ray, or other type of scan be made of your person and baggage. If you are not available, your baggage may be searched in your absence for the purpose of determining whether you are in possession of or whether your baggage contains any item described in Section 6.7.1 or Section 6.7.3. If you are unwilling to comply with such request, we may refuse to carry you and your baggage. In the event an x-ray or other scan causes damages to you or your baggage, we shall not be liable for such damage unless due to our fault or negligence.
6.9 Checked baggageOn delivery to us of your baggage which you wish to check or of your baggage which we require you to check prior to boarding we will take custody of, and issue a baggage identification tag for each piece of your checked baggage.
Checked baggage must have your name or other personal identification affixed to it.
Checked baggage will, whenever possible, be carried on the same aircraft as you, unless we decide for safety, security, or operational reasons to carry it on an alternative flight. If your checked baggage is carried on a subsequent flight, it will be left in the Customs baggage area for the purpose of required declaration and Customs clearance.
6.10 Unchecked baggageWe may specify maximum dimensions for baggage which you carry on to the aircraft. If we have not done so, baggage which you carry onto the aircraft must fit under the seat in front of or in an enclosed storage compartment in the cabin of the aircraft. If your baggage cannot be stored in this manner, or is of excessive weight, or is considered unsafe for any reason, it must be carried as checked baggage.
Objects not suitable for carriage as checked baggage (such as delicate musical instruments) and which do not meet the requirements for a carryon handbag, will only be accepted for carriage in the passenger cabin if you have given us notice in advance and permission has been granted by us. You may have to pay a separate charge for this service.
6.11 Collection and delivery of checked baggageYou are required to collect your checked baggage as soon as it is made available at your destination or stopover. Should your checked baggage not be claimed within three months of the time it is made available, we or the Airport Authorities may dispose of it without any liability to you.
SECTION 7 – LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE
The liability of TRANS ANGUILLA and each carrier involved in your journey will be determined by its own Conditions of Carriage. Our liability provisions are as follows:
Unless otherwise stated herein, international travel, as defined in the Convention, is subject to the liability rules of the Convention.
Where your carriage is not subject to the liability rules of the Convention, the following rules shall apply:
Any liability we have for damage, will be reduced by any negligence on your part which causes or contributes to the damage in accordance with applicable law.
We will not be liable for damage to unchecked baggage unless such damage is caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for any damage arising from our compliance with applicable laws; government rules and regulations; or from your failure to comply with the same.
We are not liable for any damage caused to your baggage. TRANS ANGUILLA will not be liable or pay for damages to extendable suitcase handles, suitcase wheels, suitcase feet, or zippers, nor will we repair scuffs or tears as these problems are considered to be normal wear and tear.
You shall be responsible for any damage caused by your baggage to other persons or property, including our property.
We shall have no liability whatsoever for damage to articles not permitted to be contained in checked baggage, including fragile or perishable items, items having a special value, such as money, jewelry, precious metals, computers, personal electronic devices, negotiable papers, securities, or other valuables, business documents, passports and other identification documents, or samples.
SECTION 8 – TIME LIMITATION ON CLAIMS AND ACTIONS
8.1 Notice of claimsAcceptance of baggage by the bearer of the baggage check without complaint at the time of delivery is sufficient evidence that the baggage has been delivered in good condition and in accordance with the contract of carriage, unless you prove otherwise.
If you wish to file a claim or an action regarding damage to checked baggage, you must notify us as soon as you discover the damage, and at the latest within seven (7) days of receipt of the baggage. Every such notification must be made in writing.
8.2 Limit of baggage liabilityFor most international travel (including domestic portions of international journeys) the liability limit is approximately $9.07 USD per pound ($20 USD per kilogram) for checked baggage and $100 USD per passenger for unchecked baggage (IF attributable to the negligence of the carrier) unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid.
In addition, TRANS ANGUILLA AIRWAYS liability is limited to 35 pounds (15.90 kilograms) ($317.50 USD) per checked bag.
SECTION 9 – PETS
9.1 Scheduled flightsPets are prohibited on shared passenger flights.
9.2 Charter flights – Pets are permittedIf we agree to carry your animals they will be carried subject to the following conditions:
You must ensure that animals such as dogs, cats are properly crated and accompanied by valid health and vaccination certificates, entry permits and other documents required by countries of entry or transit, failing which, they will not be accepted for carriage. Such carriage may be subject to additional conditions specified by us which are available on request.
Tiny pets be it a dog or a cat, by request may be allow to accompany you in the cabin but must be in accordance with conditions stated above. All other pets and or of larger size will be placed in the baggage hole.
When booking, the type, size of both the dog and crate will be determined along with the terms of carriage. Pictures of the crate may be requested.
We will have no liability in respect of any such animal not having all the necessary exit, entry, health, and other documents necessary or convenient with respect to the animal's entry into or passage through any country, state, or territory; and the person carrying the animal must reimburse us for any fines, cost, losses of liabilities reasonably imposed or incurred by us as a result.
SECTION 10 – SCHEDULES, DELAYS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF FLIGHTS
10.1 Scheduled flightsThe fare you have paid is calculated on the basis of the entire journey shown on the ticket. Should you wish to change your journey you must contact us in advance. The fare for your new journey will be recalculated and you will be given the option of accepting the new price or maintaining your original journey as ticketed. If the new fare is lower the ticket will remain at the original ticket price, if the airfare is higher you will be required to pay the fare difference.
Please be aware that while some types of changes will not result in a changed fare, others, such as changing your point of origin or reversing the direction you travel, can result in an increase in price.
Credit for a cancelled ticket is given in the amount paid for future travel within 60 days. A cancellation fee of US$25.00 per person each way will apply. Changes to your reservation are applicable to a change fee of US$45.00 per person. Only one change is allowed and fare differences may apply. Certain fares have conditions which limit or exclude your right to change or cancel reservations.
Flight changes, subject to seat availability. If you wish to cancel and/or change your ticket, this must be done at least 24 hours prior to departure.
10.2 Name Changes / Transferable TicketsA change of name is allowed and is subject to a name change fee.
Name changes can be made up to 3 hours prior to departure time.
A charter contract is not transferable.
No changes can be made to a reservation once a passenger has checked in for a flight.
10.3 Credit termsTickets held for future credit are at a fixed minimum amount of the paid ticket price. This means the credited ticket fare does not decrease with lower rates. If the ticket is more at the time of rebooking customers are responsible for the ticket fare difference.
You are not eligible for credit to the remaining leg of a ticket already flown.
Please refer to the REFUND section of this article.
If we cancel a flight, fail to operate a flight reasonably according to the schedule, fail to stop at your destination or stopover destination, we shall, at your option, either:
Carry you on another of our scheduled services on which space is available without additional charge and, where necessary, extend the validity of your ticket; or
Within a reasonable period of time, re-route you to the destination shown on your ticket by our own services or those of another carrier or by other mutually agreed means and class of transportation.
If the passenger or customer cancels a charter flight the following cancellation terms will apply:
10.4 Cancellation policy – Scheduled service(Cancellation terms for scheduled service apply as described above. Please refer to your specific fare rules and booking confirmation for details.)
10.5 Change or Cancellation – Private ChartersFor private charters, you are booking a slot based on the estimated departure time following the completion of the in-transit process for passengers connecting to and from another carrier. In any event that your connecting flight is delayed we will make every effort to accommodate you at our earliest convenience, similarly in any event that we are slightly delayed in pick-up, we are committed to fulfil our agreement unless there are contributing factors influencing circumstances out of our ability to control.
Changing your charter date should be done 24 hours before the day of flight. This carries a penalty.
Date changes to your flight on the same day when the aircraft is already positioned. The charter is considered used and is not applicable for change without a new charter agreement.
Time changes to your charter flight is subject to availability.
If a charter is cancelled the cancellation policy strictly applies.
Departure times are shown on the charter confirmation. Should the passengers not be ready to board at a time to meet that departure time then this constitutes a no show. Our company will use its best efforts to make alternative arrangements wherever possible but is under no obligation whatsoever to do so. Any additional costs arising as a result of the company making alternative arrangements will be payable by the passengers prior to departure.
10.6 Charter Cancellation Policy(Charter cancellation policy applies as per your charter agreement and confirmation. Please refer to your charter documentation for the detailed terms.)
10.7 SchedulesWe undertake to use our best efforts to carry you and your baggage with reasonable dispatch and to adhere to published schedules in effect on the date of travel. We may have to change the time of flights, often for reasons beyond our control, and consequently times shown in timetables cannot be guaranteed.
10.8 Substitution of Carrier / AircraftWe reserve the right to substitute an alternative carrier and/or aircraft.
SECTION 11 – REFUNDS
All scheduled flight tickets are non-refundable. We will only be liable for refund in the form of credit of the fare paid for the affected flight (sector) cancelled and disclaims any further liability including, but not limited to alternate transportation, meals, and hotel accommodations.
Refund for private charters are governed by the charter cancellation policy, please see section 10.6.
We reserve the right to make a refund in the same manner and the same currency used to pay for the ticket.
11.1 Right to refuse refundRefunds cannot be requested for service fulfilled. We will refuse a refund to services already rendered or if refund is in violation of our policies.
SECTION 12 – CONDUCT ABOARD AIRCRAFT
12.1 Electronic devicesFor safety reasons, we may forbid or limit operation onboard the aircraft of electronic equipment, including, but not limited to, cellular telephones, laptop computers, portable recorders, portable radios, CD players, electronic games or transmitting devices, including radio controlled toys and walkie-talkies. Operation of hearing aids and heart pacemakers is permitted.
SECTION 13 – ARRANGEMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES
13.1 Provision of additional servicesIf we make arrangements for you with any third party to provide any services other than carriage by air or if we issue a ticket or voucher relating to transportation of services, other than carriage by air, provided by a third party such as VIP service, Fast track expedited service, hotel reservations or car rental, in doing so, we act only as agent for such third party, whose terms and conditions will apply and a TAA arrangement fee will apply.
13.2 Children and Unaccompanied MinorsChildren under the age of 5 are PROHIBITED from travel on TRANS ANGUILLA AIRWAYS flights unless accompanied on all flights by a parent or legal guardian.
NOTE: Other restrictions and fees may apply to unaccompanied children aged 6 to 17. You can request the form by email prior, if not the form is fee is due at the check-in counter.
SECTION 14 – ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES
You are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and visas and for complying with all laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of countries to be flown from, into, or through which you transit.
We shall not be liable for the consequences to any passenger resulting from his or her failure to obtain such documents or visas or to comply with such laws regulations, orders, demands, requirements, rules or instructions.
14.1 Travel documentsPrior to travel, you must present all exit, entry, health, and other documents required by law, regulation, order, demand, or other requirement of the countries concerned, and permit us to take it and retain copies thereof. We reserve the right to refuse carriage if you have not complied with these requirements or your travel documents do not appear to be in order.
14.2 Pre-entry approvalsSome countries require that you receive pre-approval before entry. Please ensure that you inquire and fulfill this protocol before travel.
14.3 Refusal of entryIf you are denied entry into any country, you must pay to us the cost of any fine or charge assessed against us by the Government concerned and the cost of transporting you from that country. The fare collected for carriage to the point of refusal or denied entry will not be refunded by us.
14.3 Passenger responsible for fines, detention costs, etc.If we are required to pay any fine or penalty or to incur any expenditure by reason of your failure to comply with laws, regulations, orders, demands, or other travel requirements of the countries concerned or to produce the required documents, you shall reimburse us on demand any amount so paid or expenditure so incurred. We may apply towards such payment or expenditure the value of any unused carriage on your ticket or any of your funds in our possession.
14.4 Customs inspectionIf required, you shall attend inspection of your baggage by customs or other Government officials. We are not liable to you for any loss or damage suffered by you in the course of such inspection or through your failure to comply with this requirement.
14.5 Security inspectionYou shall submit to any security checks by governments, airport officials, carriers, or by us.
SECTION 15 – OBESE PASSENGERS
Persons classified as obese or over 250lbs must declare this at the time of booking as extended seat belts maybe required.
SECTION 16 – PREGNANCY
We do not allow travel for pregnancies after 36 weeks.
We require a letter from your doctor/healthcare provider stating how far along you are in your pregnancy and whether flying is granted.
SECTION 17 – PACKAGE AND CARGO SHIPMENTS
17.1 Trans Pak ServiceAll packages less than 100lbs are shipped via our Trans Pak service. Any item weighing more than this amount is classified as cargo and will require a private charter flight to be transported.
Items are charged by weight, must be a checked by an agent to verify the contents and must comply with section 6.7. Applicable cargo rules in section 17.2 may apply. We do not ship money.
All packages must be paid before shipping and is subject to space availability. Clearance of items will require a Customs Asycuda. Please allow 36 to 72 hours for document processing.
17.2 CargoThe description and particulars of items or goods set out on the face hereof are furnished by the sender. That the description and particulars including, but not limited to, of weight, content, measure, quantity, quality, condition, marks, numbers, volume and value are accurate and correct.
The sender shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and requirement of customs, port and other authorities and shall bear and pay all duties, taxes, fines, imposts, expenses and losses incurred or suffered by reason thereof or by reason of any illegal, incorrect or insufficient marking, numbering or addressing of the items/goods.
The sender undertakes that the Goods or items are packed in a manner adequate to withstand the ordinary risks of Carriage having regard to their nature and in compliance with all laws, regulations and requirements which may be applicable and shall indemnify Carrier for loss or expense due to Merchant’s failure to comply with this provision.
The sender shall be liable for the loss, damage, contamination, soiling, detention or demurrage before, during and after the Carriage of property (including, but not limited to, Containers) of the Carrier or any Person or vessel or aircraft caused by the sender or any Person acting on his behalf or for which the Merchant is otherwise responsible.
The sender guarantees payment of all Charges for the Carriage due in accordance with Carrier’s Tariff, conditions of Carriage and related regulations, applicable laws (including national laws implementing the Warsaw Convention as applicable), government regulations, orders and requirements.
The Merchant shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Carrier against any loss, damage claim, liability or expense whatsoever arising from any breach of the provisions of these terms.
